Preload headers when query string used in automatic minify mode

    When I choose the minify option automatic and chose to append query strings to break cache, W3TC seems to add preload headers without the query string, if I choose to push.

    This will lead to double download for some users or the browser not using the pushed asset and leading to less optimisation.
