Preload has been restarted

Preloading is a setting inside WP Super Cache. You can adjust how often this happens by doing the following:

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
• Go to Settings > WP Super Cache.
• Click on the “Preload” tab.

Adjust the figure in the Refresh preloaded cache files every XXX minutes. field.

Why do I receive emails?

Hi @ildomandatore

On that same page there is a setting field for: Send me status emails when files are refreshed

You can set that to No Emails if you don’t want to receive those emails.

It was already set up like this. I’ll let you know in the next email if it happens again.

Could you please check if there are any plugin conflicts happening by disabling plugins on your site except WP Super Cache and seeing if the email notification settings persist on your site?

1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WP Super Cache, and clear your browser’s cache.
2. Then, monitor the email notifications again.
3. You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
4. You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.

If your host doesn’t provide a test environment, you can look for and use free plugins to quickly spin up a test site and check for conflict.

I’m not sure why this keeps happening to you, as we have not received other reports of this. If you’re otherwise satisfied with the performance of the plugin, you may consider adding a filter to your email client to automatically delete or archive these specific messages.
