Prefill form fields with data from URL

I would like to pre-fill the form on this page with email and first name.

I have followed the instructions at: https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/using-variables-in-your-form-or-messages/

The form is set up with this as the email form field: <input type=”email” name=”EMAIL” required=”” value=”{data key=”EMAIL”}”>

I’m going to https://ipgpromo.com/add-mailing-address/[email protected]
But, the email address is showing as blank.

I am using the free version of the plugin, do I need to upgrade to premium or am I doing something wrong?
