Preferred Route Setting

  • Forgive me if this is documented somewhere, but I couldn’t find an answer.
    I’m trying to find how the preferred route setting is added as a request parameter?
    I can’t see in Google’s Distance Matrix API Overview where this is a parameter that can be added.
    We have an eCommerce website using your plugin which is working, but in some orders, isn’t returning the route with the shortest distance even though the plugin is set up to use the Shortest Route. It just seems to return the first route.
    Has Google removed the Preferred Route parameter?
    Can I see the actual API call that the plugin sends to test?
