User’s Preference Page is blank now. I checked shortcode, settings, etc. Everything is OK, but Preference Page still is void. When I deployed Mail MInt it was working properly, displaying status, lists, etc. I checked HTML and it has a mrm-preferance-form-wrapper and a mrm-preferance-form Form.
    Last Mail Mint Version.

I deployed this plugin on two WP instances. Same behavior. No cache plugin. Versions 1.2.4 and 1.2.5. Shortcode preference_page is present and template is Preference page too.

Hi @miguelgilmartinez , can you share how you tried to view the preference page?

Did you tried to view it from an email footer? If so, was it a test email, or was it an email sent via a campaign?

    Do let me know.

    Thanks.

Hello, @cssultan and thank you for your time.

We go straight to the Mint Mail Preferences page by writing its URL in an active user session. Does it take any kind of hash to display user preferences? In that case: how can we get that hash to compose a link from a logged in user? Any shortcode?

    Thanks again.

Hi @miguelgilmartinez , right now, to view the preference page, a hash link is generated per user. If a user is added to the contact list on Mail Mint, then in the database a hash is saved for that user. So when he clicks on the preference link from an email, the preference page loads with the hash and gives him the ability to view & change preference options.

For you to test now, you have to send an email campaign to one of your emails. Then, on the email, click on the preference link and it will view the options for that particular email.

Let me know if you have more questions.

    Thanks.

That’s great, @cssultan . I found that column on the wp_mint_contacts table. But, it would be even greater if the shortcode “preferences_page” detects that the user is already logged in and automagically, it loads that hash.
Currently, the only way to get that preference page is via email link, and that’s not good enough for a complete customer satisfaction. Users should be able to change newsletter preferences right from the WP Mint Mail Preferences page.

    Thanks again.

Hi @miguelgilmartinez , you are right, automatic detection would make it so much easier for users.

We have added it to our backlog for one of our upcoming sprints.

    Thanks.
