Predefined Post Templates

  • Hi,

    Is it possible (or is there a plugin) to create and use a pre-defined blog post template? I would like to create a template that allows me to simply enter certain values related to a fitness regime.

    Such as
    heartrate
    weight
    distance run
    etc etc

    So the entire post is done and I just enter in the values.

    Is that possible?
