• Hi,

    I’m using free Ultimate Member.

The forms page is very slow. I added a new field/text area to the registration form, decided to delete it, wouldn’t delete, so I kept clicking, then it showed EVERYTHING as deleted.

So now my registration form is empty. Surely they’d add some save or confirm or update function to the forms so it’s not all instantly live… annoying.

Anyway, now I’m trying to add the text sections back in, but ALL of the registration predefined text elements are greyed out and unselectable, and it won’t save or let me create new ones using the same meta data anymore.

    What can I do?

If I delete the form entirely, I can redo the form, but now the shortcode is wrong. Where would I edit the shortcode or change the registration details? Do I just need to change the shortcode on the registration page to my new one? No other issues?

    NOPE.

Now when I try to create a new form, everytime I add a text section it just DELETES everything in the form. I can add one text area which is fine, then I add another one and the WHOLE FORM TURNS BLANK.

    WTF.

I have the default UM still installed on my local server. Where are the forms stored? Can I just copy the default forms back into my site so I don’t have to mess around with this?

I solved it by exporting the forms from my local wordpress and imported to my live one.

However, might want to look into this bug for future.
