Prebuilt layouts in page builder Moesia theme

My Moesia theme does not seem to have any prebuilt layouts to build out my services page and testimonials page. I have page builder installed and I just installed and reinstalled my Moesia theme. The different template options show up in the page creator, but nothing is created when I select a template and press update.
