Pre-use query – I like the presentation can I use it to manage media generally?

  • Dear Gallery Factory,
    I have played with this on a test site and very much like the easy presentation and way of organising files.

    Since WP doesn’t currently provide a good file organisation could I use this for organising my media generally – not just for galleries. I am really looking for a good file manager and those I’ve found all have flaws – clunky usability, problems if deactivated etc.

    Hi Liz,
    Unfortunately, Gallery Factory manages only its own images and can’t be used for standard WP Media files.
