pre select a drop list value based on a URL# ?

Hi,

i have a contact form with a drop list like that one:
Information
Request an appointment
Feedback

and on other WP pages i have a call out message with a button.
each call out button should redirect to this contact form page and based on the call out button link (value behind # for example) should pre select a value of the contact form drop list.

for example if i’m on home page and thecall out button is “request an appointment”, a click on this button should redirect user to contact form page and pre select the value “request appointment” on the contact form.

is it possible or not with this plugin?
