Pre-Sales Questions

I am a Tutor LMS user, and have been for several years. I like their product but in several ways it didn’t satisfy my changing needs and, after several conversations with their support team, it didn’t seem like their product would have those capabilities anytime soon. So, after a little research, I was led to LifterLMS. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got answers to all my questions.
Specifically, I was looking for a LMS that had the following capabilities: support for sound files, support for Flash Cards, integration with WooCommerce and native support for a slider like Slider Revolution. I was told that via the Block Editor both sound and Flash Cards would work. Also native integration of WooCommerce was included and, although a slider is not a built-in feature, it could be added with a plugin.
They also provided me with links to documents, and I was invited to participate in Live discussions via a weekly Pre-Sales call and check out their Facebook page for community support. I have to say, without criticising anyone, that I was no used to the kind or rapid response and personal attention I received on my very first exposure to LifterLMS support.
