Hi! Pre-sales question.

I need a booking plugin that covers these following things:

1 – Hourly booking (Individual customers): We have one room and we can serve 6 people at a time. We might expand our max capacity in the future, but it is for six people at the moment. We would also want the opportunity to limit the max capacity to less people during some days.

Service hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 (9AM to 5PM). Maximum capacity throughout each day (Mon-Fri) is 6 people per. time slot.
Example:
2 people order 2 hours from 09-11.
4 people order 3 hours from 09-12.
Then the time slot from 09-11 is fully booked, but from 11:00 (11AM), then 2 people must be able to appoint a service from 11:00 and later.

Time slots are from (min) two hours, but extends to 8 hours. If the clock is 15:00 (3PM), they can not order an 8 hour service that day. But if someone wants to order a two hour stay that day from 15:00 to 17:00 (3PM to 5PM), they must be able to do so.

2 – Hourly booking for groups: Same process here as first point. But here we have groups of 2 (min) to 6 (max), up to 8 hours.

3 – Overnight stays: Up to 7 days. One room, maximum four people. And only one customer can order up to 4 people, as we do not want different customers sharing the one room allotted.
So one customer can book the room for themselves, or for up to four people.

4 – Packages: We need to be able to offer packages to the customers. Customers need to be able to allocate their hours however they see fit.
Example: 10, 20, 30 and 40 hour packages for a set price. Customer buys a 10 hour package, then wants to put 3 hours in week 1, then 7 hours in week 2.

5 – Discounts: Plugin needs to be able to give discounts for each package and service. Optimal solution is to be able to give bigger discounts the more people and more nights/hours they choose.

6. Remote help if needed.
