    Hi there,

    I have a few questions before we purchase your plugin:

    1. Does the free version look different from the Premium+ version? Does the Premium+ version look like the images on your website? We have the free version installed and it looks different than on your website.
    2. Can we change colors of buttons or other things, or does the plugin take over theme settings?
    3. Does the edit profile page look visually more attractive in the Premium+ version than the free version, or are these pages customizable?
    4. Do we need to use a default user group for user profile fields or can we use woocommerce checkout and registrationmagic to get the same result?
    5. When we delete all groups from the profile, there are no profile fields. Why are there no standard profile fields besides groups and extensions?
    6. Is it possible to disable the leave group option for a group for non-admin users?
    7. Is it only possible with group fields to have advanced searching options or is there another way?
    8. Are there settings per extension, for example: When we enable the geolocation extension, will users be able to hide their location apart from hiding their entire profile?
    9. Is ProfileGrid fully compatible with Astra theme?
    10. What is your refund policy, we want to make sure everything is compatible with connecting our plugins to ProfileGrid and future plans?

    Please check out our comments regarding your questions:

    1. Premium version plugin package provides access to the ProfileGrid Premium extensions. Once installed, these extensions allow for additional set features and enhancements.
    2. You may change the color by applying the custom CSS.
    3. Premium version does not have any other features related to design of Profile page. Plugin allows to create custom template for profile and other pages. For more details on this, please visit the link:?https://profilegrid.co/creating-your-own-custom-templates/
    4. Plugin works based on the group structure; user should be member of at least one group to use the plugin features. You may use the integration with RegistrationMagic form for group registration, and profile page will reflect the fields of the users.     5. All Groups cannot be deleted, as the plugin works based on the group structure.?
    6. You may hide the “Leave Group” button on the group page by disabling the option “Leave Group Button” under “Individual Group Page (Applies to all Groups) >> Group Card” from “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Elements Visibility” in the dashboard.
    7. Advanced search works based on the first name, last name and group fields.
    8. Each extension has their own settings and you can configure them as per your requirements. Geolocation extension does not allow users to hide their location as of now. Though plugin allows users to hide their profile.
    9. We have tested the plugin with popular themes of WordPress. If you still face any issues, we will be happy to help you.
