I have a couple of questions. I am using the free version of Events Calendar that’s included with Avada theme. I am considering upgrading to Pro. The only feature I need is recurring events. This is for a church website.
1. The price for Pro is $89.00. Is that $89.00 per year, or is it a one time purchase of $89.00 and the license is good forever?
2. The website says for $89.00 you get one year of support. If the answer to Question #1 is it’s $89.00 for a one time purchase, then that means the license continues but support ends, correct? Can you renew the support plan? (or would that cost $89, the cost of buying it to begin with?)
3. I read that support ticket response can be up to 48 hours. Is that correct? (that’s a long time)
4. Events Calendar’s website says their support plan does not include help with “how to” questions related to customization of the views. I do not know to code or apply CSS. I read the documentation but it’s over my head. Is there an easy way to customize, such as a plugin?
5. IF the answer to # 4 is no, how would you go about finding someone you could hire to help customize Events Calendar? I would just need some super simple editing such as fonts, colors, backgrounds, spacing, etc.
6. Is there a guarantee whereby if you buy and it doesn’t do what you want it to do, you can request a refund?
