    Just a few questions we are considering before we go ahead to purchase:

    1. It is possible to have sort by “latest reviews” widget?
    2. In the reporting, Can we view values separated based on the different criteria?
    3. Can report be exported graphically?
    4. The auto place doesn’t seem to work on the free version, does it work on the pro?

    Hi,

    #1 and 2 are on my TODO list
    #3 Reports can be exported in csv format so you can use Excel for applying graphical reports if needed.
    #4 It should work in the free version. Is your post type enabled? Do you have filter settings preventing auto placement from turning on? Please try another theme to see if it’s something related to your theme as well.

    Please how soon can we expect 1 and 2 to be rolled out? And would they be on the free or pro versions?

    Hi,

    Pro versions only but I guess a trimmed down recent ratings widget could be added to the free version (as title, name, e-mail, comment etc.. are Pro features).

    #1 – hopefully in a few weeks
    #2 – no timeframe yet

    Thank you for the reply.

    By the way #4 is still giving me issues on the free version. Rating Results and Rating Forms do not show on auto, only on shortcode. I have tried using WP 2016 theme and deactivating all plugins still no fix. I have screenshots if you need me to send you an email because I am developing on localhost. Please I need help with this issue.
