Hello… I really like the looks of your plug-in. I think it is exactly what I have been looking for. But, please, if you do not mind, help me with a couple of questions.

I am a Graphic and Website Designer. I need a gateway just like this to offer my clients a variety of monthly subscriptions based on their needs AND I would like to send them a personalized Invoice with the option to pay online.

Can you please explain to me how I would set this up for a customer to pay their invoice online?

I am assuming I would give them a link to a subscription-based product, but even that isn’t always a “set in stone” amount.

I get how to set up the page, but I am still confused about how this applies to different clients and their different needs.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lzweifel,

Thanks so much for the question!

Currently, Payment Page supports pre-defined payment amounts for one-time or recurring subscription payments. Therefore, for now, you’d have to enter the invoice amount into the payment form before directing your customer to go pay the pending invoice.

Very soon, we plan to support “custom amounts”, so your customer will be able to enter exactly how much they want to pay, choose their subscription option, and/or currency if you so choose to give them that choice. I do know from personal experience how useful it is to have custom amounts for customers to enter, and it is 100% our goal to have it added as soon as possible, though I can’t promise a timeframe. I hope that workaround is suitable in the interim period.

I hope that answers your question for now, and please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Cheers,

    Brandon

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for clarifying….. So, for re-curring payments, I would set up one form per payment plan — Correct?

For Individual Invoices I would have to adjust the form (or have one specific form) for this… customize the form each time for each invoice. Then send the link to the customer after, then change for the next?

Can you tell me the benefit of your paid version rather than free?

    Thanks

    Hi @lzweifel,

You should be able to list all the plans on one single pricing form. The payment form is dynamic and intelligent enough to handle a variety of one-time, recurring, or multi-currency options.

All the different pricing options would simply appear in a dropdown for your customers to choose the one they want, along with filters for the different currency/subscription options. You can see an example on this demo template here (one-time payments would show in the filter like monthly/annual):
    https://payment.page/templates/it-support-rep/

It is also possible for you to create multiple pricing forms if you want – there is no limit on that, so you can put the plans you want on different forms or on different pages.

The paid version includes the feature for “recurring subscription payment” options (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, annually, every 3 years). It also includes access to the payment methods we plan to support in the future (PayPal, 2Checkout, etc).

By the way, our AppSumo listing is going live today, so you should now be able to purchase a discounted version of the plugin from AppSumo. This is part of our launch strategy, so it’s a limited time offer of only $49 one-time, a massive savings for the PRO plan.

Please feel free to ask any more questions – more details can also be found on our website:

    Hi @lzweifel,

You’ll be glad to know we updated the plugin for custom amounts!
