    Hello,
    I’m interested in downloading the plugin and purchasing priority support at $ 39 per year.

    If after the first year I no longer need support, do I have to pay for it every year?
    Or can I withdraw and eventually pay if I need your help again?

    Furthermore,
    I use The7 theme with Visual Bakery for my projects, is it compatible with the theme and plugin?

    Hi @fionda85 ,

    After the first year, if you don’t need the support anymore, you can cancel the payment.

    If you still need our help again, you can re-purchase the support anytime.

    We haven’t tested with The7 theme, since it’s a premium theme. So, we can’t guarantee the plugins will work with it.
