Hi, I would like to test out how this bot can help convert more users to sign up for our blog. Do you have an example like this? How would you suggest implementing this?

Also, what is your relationship to ManyChat. Do I need to sign up for their service, too?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. So, if I am understanding you correctly your plugin upon opening, inserts predefined content into messenger. If the user replies to this content, then it does not reply. Instead, a live person will need to reply to the user. Correct?

    Also, some follow up questions:

    1) If I want to plug a bot into messenger to take the user through a flow, then I will need a chatbot company (e.g. ManyChat, ChatFuel, etc.) Your plugin integrates with these chatbots. Presumably, though, if I sign up with ManyChat (for example), I would want them to control the start of the conversation and not have your plugin initiate the conversation… would you agree?
    2) Ideally, in my initial reply with a user, I would ask them if they are interested in A, B, or C where the answer might be “A & B” or “All three”, therefore, I want to give users the ability to multi-select A, B, and C. Does your plugin support this time of multi-select form via messenger functionality?

    Thanks,
    Mike

The initial message can configure from Facebook page settings -> messaging – Response Assistant – Send instant replies to anyone who messages your Page

right now, this plugin will not handle any message

    1. yes, integrate chatbot to messenger – to make auto message, based on conditions, questions, AI …

    2. may be the best way is to start with an welcome message, and display a menu – where user can select.
and in the same way – use AI/keyword based result. i.e. make chatbot to reply based on keywords user messaged.

    Thank you,

    Thanks, again for the reply.

For #2, I did not understand your answer about providing the user a multi-select option. Can you clarify? Is it possible to give the user a “form” with check boxes where they can select one or more at the same time.

Something that looks like this (check all that apply)
    A
    B
    C

Elections are captured, then the bot responds accordingly. Plus, elected answers are exportable.

Let me know if this is possible.

    Thanks,
    Mike

as i know, messenger is not added any api to add checklist type of reply ( i mean user can select multiple options in a reply )

your user can select any one option for a question
    A
    B
    C

and from your chatbot tool, you can arrange reply based on select options

please integrate chatbot to messenger and run a test, we can do a lot of things using chatbot tools – chatfuel, manychat

    Thank you,
    Have a Great Day
