    Hi, I’m looking for a reservation system for an airport pick-up to a selected hotel destination.

    Each journey has a fixed price. eg

    Airport 1 to Hotel 1 costs 20 Euros,
    Airport 1 to Hotel 2 costs 25 Euros,
    Airport 2 to Hotel 3 costs 40 Euros,
    Airport 2 to Hotel 4 costs 30 Euros etc.

    There are no time slots.
    Passengers specify their arrival and pick up date/time.
    Requirements to be captured:

    Drop down list with Arrival Airport, which when selected displays
    a list of drop off hotels for one to get selected.
    Arrival Date
    Arrival Time
    Return Date
    Return Time
    Flight Number
    Number of Passengers
    List of passenger Names
    email address of customer making the booking
    Contact telephone number

    Once booked, payment is collected, and reminders can be sen out prior to client arrival date

    Hello,

    You can use the Extras for to list all the options and corresponding prices.
    Add fields in the contact form to receive all the requested information.

    Payment can be taken when the reservation is made.
    Reminders option is not available.
