    Hi there,

    I tried to send this via your website’s pre-sales question form, but the form wanted me to agree that I plan to join your subscription before I submit my question. That’s very odd!

    Moving on to my question…

    I have a very complicated system on my website and I would like to test if the Series plugin works with all aspects.

    The website is e-commerce so I choose plugins that work with my system setup.

    In order to do that I have to test the shortcodes in my templates and also some redirect rules of the pages created by the plugin that go to other landing pages, and check if this doesn’t break something.

    The free edition works perfectly but I cannot really test what I want to test using this edition.

    As there is no publicly available trial version for the paid/pro edition of the plugin I would like to know what are my options.

    1) Is there a way to get the pro version and try it for a week before committing to payment?

    2) Is there a no questions asked refund policy, so if the plugin doesn’t work with my system, without being a bug or issue from your side, I could get a full refund of my payment?

    Also, did I understand correctly from your website? Do you offer official support only to those who subscribe to your full package of plugins and not if I subscribe only to one of your plugins?
