I can see you do cope with tax rates. However for a zero rate (for exports from Australia)

do I set up a standard rate of zero for other countries?
or do I need to set up an additional tax class for zero rate countries?
      or will either work?

    Hi,
Price Based on Country is integrated with WooCommerce taxes.
You will find help to setting the WooCommerce zone taxes in the WooCommerce docs:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/

    Regards,
    Oscar.

Issue resolved. Raed the tax docs again and reverted back to a Zero rate tax class.

The key point is that I noticed in the Woo Tax info a yellow highlight that

Note: The address field needs to be filled in to get tax calculations if you have a tax table that distinguishes between locations.

So simply by selecting New Zealand in the checkout address, the tax vanished. So thank you for the tip to re-read the tax docs.

In my opinion, your docs clearly imply that either recognising customer IP country or by customer selecting country, that handles everything to do with billing at checkout. That is clearly not the case.

Perhaps a reinforcement in your docs of the Woo tax info above would be very helpful.

    Thank you Oscar.
