    Hello,
    I am looking to use Amelia for Psychotherapy clinics and buy amelia pro, but I have some pre-sale questions:

    • is it possible to have 2 levels of initial selection, so the first level is: onsite, online ,group therapy and then second level of selection would be city? So then it will show available therapists for selected service in selected city.
      If this option is not available how to serve this scenario with amelia.
    • is it possible to have multiple employees connected to their own google calendars?
    • do You offer a mobile app for managing appointments?

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. At the moment, in the first step of the booking form, you can choose employee, service and location, then choose how many people will be coming to appointment, then choose date and time, then enter customer information along with custom fields (if set up). The last step is the choice of payment method.
    2. Yes, this is possible as each employee can be connected to a separate Google Calendar.
    3. At the moment, there is no such option, but there is a plan to implement this in the future.

    I have some one more question:
    Is it possible for client to manage their own booking. So for example up to 24 hours before appointment, to change its time or cancel. As well for some other type of appointments to change the time or cancel but up to 3 days before appointment. Those time when someone can edit or cancel could be managed my us.
    Is it possible for clients to managed their own appointments and Is it possible to set time up to when client can edit their appointment.
