Pre-Sale Questions

Hello I have pre sale questions because if this plugin gives what I want I will buy it. 
I am creating a website for my customer and she wants a website for healt coaching and she wants to sell membership subscriptions. After they buy the subscription she will upload files on their profile( I found a plugin for this), but the problem is the payment ways of the all plugins I found. Here are my concerns;

1. Can we sell membership subscriptions with woocommerce because we dont have stripe, paypal etc in our country Turkey. If yes, how does it work as I couldnt see any information or screenshots for it? I want to make something like https://imgyukle.com/i/J6H3fH and let them pay via woocommerce checkout page.
2. Can we call other plugin informations into the user account page?
