Pre-sale Question about Reporting Module

    Hello, I’ve installed the free plugin and it seems to work really well for my client’s needs.

    My client sells online webinars with a quiz component, and once the quiz is passed they send out a continuing-education certificate to the user. The email that is generated by the plugin is great, and shows all the information needed. However, if for some reason the email gets deleted or lost in spam, I would like for there to be a backup of the submission on the server.

    It looks like the Pro version with Reporting Module will save complete answers for all submissions. Is this correct? If so, this is exactly what I need. Also I’d like to be sure that the information is saved even for non-logged in users, since the client does not want the quiz-takers to have user accounts on their site. Thank you!

    Yes, users have their dashboard where they can access the information any time.
    Informaiton for non logged users is also saved, but it can be seen from admin – the non logged users have no dashboard for themselves.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
