Pre-Sale Question

I have a client who has Vouchers (gift cards, certificates or any item with a unique number) that is for $50, and then also has a coupon or coupon code for 30% off. Can EasyCart handle this? For example, customer puts an item into the cart for $150. Enters the voucher and removes $50, so now we’re at $100, then wants to apply the 30% off to get to a final price of $70. I know this is quite complex on the back end, was wondering if EasyCart can do this. Thanks in advance for your time.
