Pre-Sale Question

I am looking for a WooCommerce plugin that can handle the following discount structures:

1. Free Product with Coupon Based on Spending Threshold
   When a customer applies coupon code KKP, they receive a free “God of Fire KKP Reserve 2-Pack Sampler” for every $250 spent.
   Example:
   If a customer spends $250, they get 1 free pack.
   If they spend $500, they get 2 free packs (using the same KKP coupon).
   This should scale accordingly ($750 = 3 packs, etc.)
2. Tiered Discount Coupon Based on Cart Total
   A single coupon code SAVEBIG should apply the following discounts:
   $11 off orders over $100
   $25 off orders over $200
   $50 off orders over $300
   $75 off orders over $500
   Customers should only apply one coupon at a time, and the discount should adjust automatically based on their cart total.
   Could you please confirm if your plugin can achieve both of these functions? If not, do you offer a combination of solutions that would work together?
