    Hi,

    This is a presale question. We are interested in purchasing your plugin, and need to know if the rates shown at checkout/cart on our website will be the official rates (the rates any customer would get on his own, if trying to arrange shipping directly with the carrier), or the plugin will display our discounted shipping rates (the ones we have negotiated with Shippo, which are at a discount)?

    If you will connect your account to Shippo then it will return your rates, otherwise it will display rates that were pre-negotiated by Shippo.

    I see. Thank you for your quick response. On another side, I understand that Shippo does not sync their shipping rates in real time, via API, with websites. How does your plugin work in this sense?

    Plugin is creating shipments which is the way to get a quote.
