Pre-Sale Q – Woocommerce Add ons

    I’ve tried using the contact us form on your website and I’ve had no reply.

    Is it possible that when a woocommerce order/ product is purchased, awesome support can automatically open a ticket relating to it? and if so is this possible with the woocommerce add on or the paid support woocommerce addon?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
