Hi, I’ve some questions before I purchase your plugin.
Before I ask, I would like to explain you briefly about my websites’ services/products…I”m about to launch an Online Ordering website which takes Orders for Restaurants | Hotels | Resorts & Others….
I’m looking for some plugin that has: automated solution for – whenever an order comes through it pops, saving orders INFO, delivery addresses, partial/full payment details, process orders in real-time to send & receive order to customers & vendors, to monitor, etc…..
1) Is it the same what does this plugin do?
What we do is – when there’s an Order from a User for a ‘Food Order’, our staff sends the Order information to respective Restaurant to confirm the Order with it(via SMS & call phone): but before we send this particular Order info to the Restaurant, we must first know complete information(product & user details) about each & every Order, so the same can be communicated to respective Restaurants.
This is where I think your POS plugin can help us to Understand & find the Order & User details completely, am I right? Or the plugin essentially does what the POS machines does in a retail store?
2) Order management:
How does your plugin manages the Order details?…Can it identify & show Complete Order Details, like: New Orders (Time/Date Stamp), Order Processing/Refunded/Completed/Pending Orders, Edit Order, Write Notes, take print?

3) User Settings :
Does the plugin allows to assign roles to our personal Team/Staff?

4) Bulk Orders Management
We’ll be getting ‘n’ number of Orders all at a time, in this situation how can each staff member recognize Orders by User assigned roles as every assigned User/Staff is capable of seeing all Orders information the same?
Ex- In the product category of Restaurants,
we have 100+ Restaurants and
we get 40 different Orders for 40 diff restaurants all at a time,
we have 4 people monitoring the Plugins’ Orders POS,
as our next step is to communicate(as explained in first point) the Order details to each Restaurant, how can Each Assigned User identify & share these 40 Orders individually & separately, so what One of the assigned User/staff is communicating shall not be the same or clash with the Other assigned User/Staff Orders?5) Payment Gateway + Online payments & COD
We are using a wp payment gateway plugin that accepts Credit/Debit/Online/Cash deposits. Will Your POS plugin show the Order data that is been processed by this payment gateway plugin, esp when a User pay Online? I think all products that are enabled for the POS plugin will show the data irrespective of the type of Order, ie: Online payments or Cash on Delivery payments, am I right?
