Pre-purchase questions

Hi there,

Fantastic plugin, I’m planning to upgrade to pro version for the features that it provides but in the meanwhile I’m testing the free version to see how the plugin works. In the process I encountered a few issues that I want to ask you about.

1. How does accepting deliveries work for driver / admin? If the driver deselect the feature (as not accepting deliveries) in driver dashboard, the driver still appears for admin, so the admin can still assign the order to him even if he marked as is not available. How does the admin knows that the driver is not available to deliver?

2. I read that the free version comes with a feature that gives drivers the chance to change the order status to out for delivery and then to completed, is this still in the free version?

3. I would like to keep the customer name but to hide hide Payment method and Order date from Order’s page from table.ddwc-dashboard, how can I achieve that? I’ve tried CSS but it doesn’t seem to do the job.

4. I’m also using User Avatar Plugin that gives the chance to users to upload an image and works based on WordPress avatars. It seems that as a driver you have to upload another image, is there any chance that the picture uploaded using User Avatar Plugin be the same with driver picture? so the driver doesn’t need to upload 2 images.

5. I only have bicycle deliveries, how can I hide the other transportation types from driver’s frontend?

6. If the admin assigns orders from Orders page – Delivery Driver column, it shows that the order has been assigned but the driver doesn’t receive the order in their driver dashboard. Is this the way it should’ve worked?
