Pre-purchase questions

  • Hello, I am using WCMP plugin and I installed your free version for testing before buying it. I came across a couple of questions:

    1. Since WC Marketplace introduced suborders to parent orders, is any chance to remove the chat box from parent orders and to have it displayed only on suborders. see print screen of customers- orders page https://prnt.sc/pubmrq

    2. I’ve seen that the premium version gives the chance to send an email notification, my question is, when a vendor sends a message (through WCMP) to the customer or the customer sends a message to the vendor does the admin gets notified as well through email?

    2. Admin is not notified when communication be started between customer and vendor.

    2# So only the vendor gets notified via email when customer writes a message and the other way around right??

    Could you please explain what exactly is it that you have done? I’ve asked 2 questions and I’m not sure which one you’ve made changes for. Can you please provide more info or send me some print screens?
