Pre-purchase question

HEllo, good day.

I need my users to complete a form with some questions and then email them a result based on those questions. Let’s say for example we have 3 users that responded 3 diferent things in the form:

User 1: ABC
User 2: DEF
User 3: GHI

And we have the 3 possible outcomes based on those answers:

For ABC: 123
For DEF: 456
For GHI: 789

So I need that each different response calculation from the different users are delivered to their emails based on their results.

I dont know if i’m explaining myself correctly. I hope you can help me with this ??
