Pre-population of multiple values

    Hi. I am fully satisfied with the way pre-populating form values into hidden values. But now I reach an interesting point. How can I get a solution for this:

    I want to sent out an email including only a specific element from a set of multiple information. Each element in this set depends on information beyond the form, 1st element is an image id, 2nd element is a post-id, 3rd element indicates wether the image is free. The set of options is available outside. No question for you.

    My question, how can I transfer this set into a form field, obviously I need a form field with type select or checkbox or radio for multiple elements.

    Looking forward wether this is possible. ??
