Pre-populated fields

Right now, we don’t have a configuration setting to allow for that. I’ll add it to the list of features we can consider for future releases, though.

I was thinking that, wherever the form templates are, I may be able to code it in. Is that possible?

The templates are located under /templates, but any changes you put in there will be overwritten on upgrade of the plugin, just FYI.
