    Hello

I′m working with UACF7 with the pre-populate fields addon.
    Apparently works perfect…

i made a simple form with 2 fields and one hidden field, when i press in submit button it redirects me to a complete form to fill many things, and populate the 3 fields from the first little form.

    The problem is :
When i press in the submit button in the first step, the form is sent by email ??
The idea is to populate the fields to the next form, and then, when we send the second form, that info must to be sent by email (NOT the first one).

    Can i explain myself?
    It is a bug?

    THanks
    Fabian

    Hello @planetjoin
Actually, it’s not a bug, it’s the default behavior of Contact form 7 when you set an email it will send data to the mail, and it is required to use an admin mail for each form in contact form 7. Let us know if you need any other info. we would be happy to assist you.

    Thanks @mdashikul for your answer!
But is not have any sense.. (or i can′t explain well myself)

The basic use for the pre-populate fields addon i think is (based on https://cf7addons.com/preview/contact-form-7-pre-populate-fields/) :

1 – first little form.. for example : name and email.
2 – when submit, goes to the main form populating the name and email values into the main form. and then, YES, send the message to the admin.

What sense have to send an email with ONLY the name and email, and then, again send another email with those 2 fields and others?

I think something is wrong. Is any way to not send to any email the first little form ? I mean some kind of trick to send it to nothing, and when redirect to the main form, then, send the all correct data?

    Thanks
    Fabian
