    When a customer wants to pre-order a product, he can only order 1 item. If he has to order 2 items he has to do that separately and has to pay the shipping costs twice which is unfair and bad user experience.

    Is there a way to work around this?

  • Hello @webberende, that only happens when you have the “individual” mode enabled. Otherwise, it should be possible to group all preorders under the same shipping costs.
