Pre-Order plugin

Hello!
Can you advice me some pre-order plugin, please? I was looking for it, but couldn’t find with keywords. Also, I looked through shopping carts, but can’t understand do they have this option or not.

In details: I’m making website, where I will show off my goods and I want people be able to pre-order any goods, and when there are available- customers would receive e-mails.
I produce crafts on demand, so for me it is the ony one option.
