Pre-order email is not coming

    hi there,


    I have installed the free version of YITH Pre-Order for woocommerce plugin. But unfortunately when placing an order, I (as a customer) am receiving default order processing / completed email instead of pre-order email.

    Is it any plugin issue or pre order email notification is not available in the free version.

    Hello @wordpie98,

    please don’t offer admin credentials here! Anyone might use them for malicious intent. You should remove them as soon as possible.

    Concerning your products, could you try installing a plugin like this and see if there’s some specific log about the Pre-Order emails?

    @wordpie98 Never offer anyone access to your site and never post anything that you don’t want the entire Internet to read. These are very public sites and your site has been logged into by all the bad people in the last 3 days.

    Check your site. It’s almost guaranteed to be hacked.
