Pre order button not showing

  • Hi,

    I use the free version of this plugin for some time now and all worked great. Since a few days I notice that the pre order button is no longer visible. It does not change anymore and keeps saying ‘add to cart’. Also the available date is no longer visible.

    I did make a copy of my site (stagged it) to test with a normal theme and I also did turn all the other plugins off and turned them back on one by one. Nothing seems to help. The issue is always there.

    I saw the plugin was not updated the last few months, is this causing the issue?

    Just did the update to version 2.20.0

    Still no solution…

    Weird thing is, the plugin did work for many many months. And turning off all other plugins and changing the theme to the basic WP theme does not help…

    I noticed in the meanwhile that the pre order button is visible on some products and not visible on others… Altough it has the same setup.

    When it is shown, the date on which the pre order will be available does not match with the one given in the backend… very weird…

    probably there’s some third party plugin that is conflicting. We are unable to reproduce the issue on our side. Try to disable all plugins and see if the issue persists

    Hello again,

    The problem is still there. Even with a staged site and all plugins turned off and the theme set to a standard theme.

    Simple products work correct with the pre order button. Variable products do different things, some don’t show the pre order button nor the set date. Others only show the pre order button and a wrong date…
