Hello. If I use the pop up maker, it seems that when I first enter the homepage, it reads all the popups on pages other than that page. I am wondering how to fix this part.

Hi there @rebrush2 – thanks for writing in to us and we apologize for this inconvenience.

You did not set any targeting conditions for the popup, hence, it uses the default which is to load everywhere.

To resolve this type of issue, targeting rule is the possible solution.
    ?
?You will need to set the Targeting Condition to Pages: Selected and on the input field, simply select a specific page, that way, the popup will only be displayed on that page. For more insights, you can also check out this documentation about Standard Targeting Conditions.

If that works for you then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, you can reach us directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

    Thanks for the detailed guidance.
You have selected page:selected in target.
I’m curious where you decide which page to choose from.
As you said, a window to select a special page does not appear.

Hello @rebrush2 – looking at your screenshot, please could you try to click to the smaller text word “Selected” to see if the dropdown list of the pages will be displayed?

    Hope that works for you.

    Thank you for answer.
If I click the small page:selected at the bottom, a window pops up and it crashes.
And the contents of the window are displayed as shown in the above option.
    Both are identical.
    There is no separate page.

    Hello @rebrush2

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked the images that you have sent us. It seems one of your plugins or theme has a conflict with the popup options. To isolate the issue, I would suggest checking our documentation Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker

Please could you see if the issue exists when just Popup Maker and default WordPress theme are active?

    I hope that helps.

    thx for your reply~
I’m using a flatsome theme that a lot of people are using. It doesn’t seem to be a conflict with the theme. And I tested by turning off the plugins one by one, but the symptom was not fixed.
