• Well, I think it’s the latest version because my host site had a tool that put it on for me. I’m building a website using WP. The trouble I’m having is I don’t speak the language you guys use and I tried to put plugins in and couldn’t find the plugin file. Yes, I’m that ignorant. I only speak English, not computer, so when I look for help I don’t understand it. Can anyone translate? Where is the plugin file and how do I open it? It’s not on the control panel, and how do I get things like a metatag and keyword generator into it?

  • You don’t need to open most of the plugin files. (is this “English”?)
Usually, you don’t have to put anything in the plugin files.
You just upload the plugin files… after you downloaded from the site you found them.

However, if you don’t know what upload it using a FTP client/software – then you are in trouble, sorry.
