    Hello, i have a problem with the pre-filled message, the text is not shown in whatsapp when you start the chat, it is empty.

    In the WordPress admin the text is updated, when you click the button the screen before opening WhatsApp shows the text, but in WhatsApp it is empty.

    I already checked the cache and it is not the problem.

    Hi,

    plugin navigates to the WhatsApp chat API. we too faced similar issue. but the issue is not from the plugin side.

    As of now, if possible please use “web.whatsapp” for desktop.

    At ‘Click to Chat’ setting page, in the ‘URL Strucutre’ section (‘Desktop: URL Structure’), select ‘Web WhatsApp’
