Pre filled in fields for product page

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to create a separate URL for a product page where some of the fields are already pre-filled in. I want to send customers to a product, however, depending on some of the answers they have given in a questionnaire on the website, I want to send them to the product page where some of the fields are already filled in. Or do I need to create a new product, where I set some of the fields on default values.
