    Hi Jennifer,

As for the link – this cannot be done and will not be added for pretty long. There are more important features to add, sorry.

You need to parse your form with javascript, format the code in good link for this plugin and locate user using this link. If you don’t know JavaScript I’d recommend you to hire a developer or post this to some javascript specific forum.

    Hi Dima,

Thank you so much for your response. I’m not sure if parsing would help because, even if I go to the shop page using your URL format

    https://mydomain.com/shop/?filters=client-type21|event-type[44]

it still doesn’t populate the filters or filter the products on page load. I’m not sure how to proceed using the url, which I really need to do.

    Thank you again!

    Hi Jennifer,

Please provide link to your shop page. I need to see what is happening there.

Oh I wish I could. It’s behind a firewall while we test things. The products filter when I click on the filters, but if I go to the page with the filters in the url

    https://mydomain.com/shop/?filters=client-type21|event-type[44]

then the products do not filter on page load of the above url. I would need the filters to populate, and the products to filter, on page load of your url if I am parsing it into that format from a form on my home page.

    Thank you again so much!

    Hi Jennifer,

Link https://mydomain.com/shop/?filters=client-type21|event-type[44] looks broken for me.
    Maybe it is mydomain.com/shop/?filters=client-type[21]|event-type[44] ?

It is hard to say when I don’t see what is happening there.

Thank you for your reply. When I make a couple of filter selections, the URL changes, as it should. When I copy and paste that exact URL, produced by the plugin, into a new browser tab and load the page, the filters do not populate and the products do not refine. Should they?

If I can get that to work, then I can easily create a home page form that carries over to the shop page, via your URL format, populates the filters, and refines the products.

    Thanks again!
