Pre fill fields from link

  • Hi – I realise it is possible to pre fill in fields on subsequent pages (like 2/2) with info from fields filled in from a previous step, using your multi step form – my test form does that well here – https://www.xxxxx.co.uk/xxx-multi-form-test-page-1/ – all good. I’m wondering if it is possible to create a link to the second step that can include some parameters to auto fill those fields (name and email)? Something like link?

    Sorry, that isn’t possible with the current version of the plugin. However, I’m working on a new version of the plugin that should allow what you’re doing. I’m doing final testing on it so I’m not quite ready to release it. Email me at corey @ webheadcoder.com (without the spaces) if you want a beta version. The new version of the plugin would allow you to skip the first step.

    I’m assuming you’ll be using the default:get option from the main CF7 plugin to get the values from the url: https://contactform7.com/getting-default-values-from-the-context/

    Hello

    I have created a form with 6 steps following the PREFILL Rule

    but the problem is, the first 3 steps are not getting captured by the form, can you please check the URL and select any service from the SERVICES AVAILABLE section
    then click on iPhone icon than click on APPLE IPHONE 6 than select any variant than enter any number and click on Continue button

    in the final form, only the variant and the phone number is coming from the previous forms

    can you help me with this, please?
