    I am testing a PayPal form in Sandbox mode. Pre-fill Billing Details is enabled for the address field. When I attempt to submit a Credit/Debit Card payment, the State field is not correctly populated in the checkout form. Instead, it seems to default to the first option in the select list, Alabama, which generates an error. This will confuse our potential customers! Is there any solution other than requiring them to fill in their address information twice? (If I exclude State from the address field and add a State select field, the State field remains blank in the checkout form, which is a little better, but the form layout is much less satisfactory.) Thank you.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for reporting this.

    I checked and I could replicate the issue but I don’t see any bug reports on this in our internal bug tracking system so far.

    It would mean that this is something we weren’t yet aware of yet (so, essentially, it would be considered a new bug) and I don’t have a workaround other workaround for now, I’m afraid.

    I’ve reported it as a bug to our Forminator Team so our developers will investigate it and work on a fix to be included in one of upcoming releases.

    Has there been any progress on this issue? It’s a pretty. major inconvenience for donors/customers to have to enter their address information twice! Thank you very much.

    We can confirm the bug has already been reported to our Forminator team’s attention so it can be looked upon asap.

    However, I’m afraid there isn’t any exact ETA we could provide at the moment.
