Pre-Defined Region deafults to first item in list

Hi. I have a question with regard to the pre-defined regions plug in. When I go to add a listing, the region field defaults to the first region in the list. I’d like it to default to a blank value so that the user has to select a value.

Please advise if you know how to address this.
