Pre-define center and zoom-level?

Is is possible to pre-define a center on a certain country with a certain zoom-level (may be within the [iwg_maps] short code as additional parameter) when opening the page?
Reason: If you e.g. ONLY show European countries, you would rather want to focus on Europe, instead of showing a worldwide view when opening the page.
