    i am thinking about ordering woocommerce integration but not sure about the concept.
    is a registered user allowed to new product do woocommerce products catalog, or he will only post it to advert CPT?

    The users will not be able to add new WooCommerce products, only administrators can do that, basically the WooCommerce integration is a replacement to the default Payments Module if you need more advanced checkout.
