Hi – strange this happening. When customer selects a color (required), the PPOM variation quantity field adds a quantity of 1 – even before the customer has made a quantity selection. Then (for example) if I select a quantity of 1, it adds to the auto-added unit… giving me a quantity of two.

To test, just select a color and you will see a quantity of 1 is added, that can not be altered.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @jhigginshmg,

I looked into your product URL, but I don’t see such issue.

when you visit that link, select a product color (like Safety Green). When you do this, it adds a quantity of one item below the variation quantity table, before I have actually indicated I want anything.

Then, if I decide I do want to add an item, it Adds it to the auto-created one – always resulting on one more unit than the customer wants.

Can you try again please – make sure and select a color

    Hi,

Ok, I see, well you need to need to remove prices from WooCommerce variations then. If prices are attached to variations then it will also be added. And if you need to use price for variation then use PPOM options like select/radio etc.
